My progress

I'm not one to post these kind of pictures but I want to show what I'm doing and how it's affecting my body. I'm not interested in a chiseled six pack but I do want a flatter stomach. My lower pooch has always been a problem. I call it my sugar belly from all my sweet addictions. But from cutting down for a week and eating better I've actually seen progress!!! Yay me!
