Why Shakeology?

That is a good question. Well my question for you is...how much a month do you spend eating out? How much do you spend getting your daily soda, or coffee drink, Starbucks, quick snack at the gas station or a McDonald's Dr. Pepper or Sweet Tea? Those were my weaknesses.

Well my mobile banking said that in February I spent over $200 at the store and eating out on just small foods! THAT IS CRAZY! For about $133 a month you could buy shake-o. That is about $4 a day. FOUR DOLLARS A DAY. You spend just that at Subway or McDonald's.

So my other question is...why don't you spend the money and eat healthier? Skip those frappes and drink a protein shake packed with nutrients. You will see a difference. And you will feel more energized and full, full enough not to crave that huge muffin or bacon and egg biscuit which is about 400 calories. Shake-o is only 140 calories. WHAT?? Yes.

My friend and my fellow colleague shares a wonderful post about shake-o
Thanks Lane!

It's the simple recipe for success:

  • You won't feel deprived, because every delicious shake tastes like a sinful treat.
  • The proteins and healthy fats will help you feel fuller longer, so you're less likely to snack.
  • Protein-rich nutrient-dense formula helps you feel full and reduces the tendency to "cheat" throughout the day.
  • Increased energy means your workouts feel easier.
  • Helps you curb junk food cravings while helping you crave healthier choices
  • You're feeding your body the nutrients it needs, so it feels more satisfied.
  • So delicious, it tastes like you're cheating!
  • Help your body's internal processes work more efficiently.
  • Fiber and probiotics help you "get regular" so you eliminate toxins built up in your digestive system.
  • A healthier digestive system makes it easier to absorb key nutrients
